The Vogt House was originally built in the 18th century for the then chief magistrate of the district. Today it is partially under conservation. It lies on the slope of the Albis hill with a spectacular view over the entire Zürichsee. New spatial sequences and interior connections were cleverly adapted to contemporary living standards.
In the basement you arrive as a matter of course at the new subterranean annex, the wellness area. Large pools set in stone are inscribed into the space and appear to stretch out with seamless transition into the surrounding countryside.
